The guarantee will be invalidated in the following cases:

- If the dental hygiene is neglected

- If  the patient will miss the routine dental check-up and professional cleaning at least once a year. An invoice is required

- If the patient neglects the dentist's instructions

- If removable restorations, partial or full dentures are not kept and maintained properly (for example accidentally damaged because of dropping, deforming) 

- If gum tissue or bone receeds

- If a substantial gain or loss of weight occures

- If a general illness negative effects on the dental condition

(for example osteoporosis, diabetes, epilepsy,  x-rays therapy, or chemotherapy)
